About the role

  • UX Designer evaluating and enhancing user experience for Desjardins Group's digital platforms. Collaborating on design, analysis, and improvements to support client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Find opportunities to improve the member and client experience, define business objectives and validate user needs
  • Define the user journeys and the desired user experience within the sector of activity, based on research and analyses
  • Design mock-ups, user personalities, functional specifications and information architecture for various projects
  • Create experiments and test solutions to understand digital client behaviours and improve platform performance
  • Monitor trends, identify opportunities and recommend improvements to work practices in terms of digital design and user-focused design
  • Help the UI, product management and IT development teams ensure that co-creation runs smoothly to ensure that the delivered solutions align with the business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
