About the role

  • Product Designer crafting AI-driven solutions for learning management at Docebo. Collaborating with teams to create intuitive user experiences and innovative educational formats.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Charge: Drive the end-to-end product design process for the Creator platform, moving flawlessly from ambiguous problem framing to pixel-perfect, shipped product quality.
  • Architect the Future: Design highly intuitive authoring workflows that empower customers to confidently build, edit, review, brand, assess, and publish content.
  • Elevate the UX: Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to continuously polish core navigation, lesson components, assessment tools, and SCORM/import systems.
  • Humanize the AI: Design seamless, state-of-the-art AI-assisted workflows that help users generate, edit, and improve learning content while maintaining absolute human clarity and control.
  • Pioneer New Mediums: Blueprint next-generation, interactive learning formats ranging from multimedia video presenter flows and podcasts to games, branching pathways, and simulations.
  • Prototype to Power: Build early-stage interactive prototypes to rapidly test user behaviors, validate design direction, and secure alignment before code is written.
  • Master the Edge Cases: Sweat the small stuff by mapping out comprehensive product states, including empty states, localized views, recovery paths, permissions, and complex publishing validations.

Requirements

  • Battle-Tested Experience: You bring a proven track record of product design mastery within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, authoring tools, content platforms, or complex AI-assisted software.
  • A Stellar Portfolio: Your case studies showcase a brilliant blend of systems thinking, rigorous interaction design, sharp visual craft, and beautiful real-world outcomes.
  • Workflow Wizardry: You excel at mapping out highly complex data environments featuring multi-state variations, editing modes, permissions, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Fearless Problem Solver: You tackle the hard parts of design head-on—from intricate error-state recovery and localization hurdles to accessibility requirements and structural data flows.
  • Linguistic Intuition: You hold strong product-language judgment, understanding that clear microcopy, helper text, and error messaging are critical to user confidence.
  • True Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in an iterative product triangle, partnering lock-step with Product Managers and Engineers to navigate technical constraints and ensure implementation quality.
  • An AI-Forward Mindset: You responsibly experiment with modern AI tools to accelerate your own research, concept mapping, and design QA, all while keeping human accountability front and center.
  • Industry Context: You bring background experience working directly with learning technologies, e-learning authoring tools, SCORM formatting, or enterprise content systems (bonus).
  • AI Expertise: You have previously designed user interfaces for generative AI output, recommendations, or algorithmic content approvals (bonus).
  • Maker Mentality: You possess an active portfolio of personal side projects, coding experiments, or custom-built workflow templates that prove you love to learn by making (bonus).

Benefits

  • Financial Wellness: Own a piece of Docebo through our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) at a 15% discount, plus a competitive compensation package.
  • Your Well-Being, Covered: You’ll get access to health benefits, so you can get the care you need when you need it.
  • Rest, Relax, Repeat: Rest and recharge with paid vacation days, two company-wide Docebo Days, floating holidays for cultural celebrations, and your birthday off!
  • Family First: We provide coverage offering you time with your little one(s) so you can soak up all those precious moments. Fun fact: we had 30 Docebian babies join the family in 2025!
