About the role

  • Product Manager for AI-driven analytics and reporting tools, bridging customers and engineering teams to create actionable insights. Leading product vision and roadmap in a dynamic learning tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for all analytics, reporting, and Al-driven data products.
  • Act as the voice of the customer when collaborating with data engineering, data science, and design teams.
  • Lead regular customer calls and user interviews to deeply understand their data pain points, workflow needs, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive the integration of Al Analytics (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language querying, automated insights) to keep the product at the cutting edge.
  • Manage the development and enhancement of interactive dashboards and ensure that we provide a best in class data experience.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, balancing the delivery of new features with technical debt and infrastructure scaling.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to launch new analytics features and data products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically managing B2B SaaS, data, or analytics products.
  • Ability to look beyond basic reporting and ask, "How can we use data to change our customers' behavior and drive ROI?"
  • Proven track record of conducting customer discovery, user interviews, and market research.
  • Solid understanding of databases, SQL, data warehousing, and the mechanics of turning raw data into consumable "data products."
  • A strong conceptual understanding of Al analytics, machine learning models, and how GenAl can be applied to data analysis.
  • Capable of breaking down complex data concepts into simple, value-driven language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
