About the role
- Product management director shaping Recast’s marketing analytics platform roadmap. Leading PMs, technical product execution, metrics, and go-to-market collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to convert business strategy into the product roadmap
- Work closely with engineering leadership to prioritize and scope work to maximize customer value
- Oversee the product manager team as a player-coach
- Own parts of the product as an individual contributor while managing and upskilling the team
- Go deep on Recast’s product and customers, understanding technical-user engagement, needs, and friction
- Build a clear product roadmap for the next two quarters and establish a process for updating it
- Co-own go-to-market with marketing and GTM teams to deliver valuable, paid-for products
- Set standards for product metrics and success measurement
- Keep sales and leadership stakeholders informed about work in flight and priorities
Requirements
- 10+ years PM experience at B2B SaaS companies with meaningful experience in data or analytics products
- Proven track record shipping complex technical products in a fast-moving environment
- Experience shipping API products and understanding how technical customers consume products and how to spec them clearly
- Experience productizing data-heavy statistical and machine learning models
- Experience working heavily with AI tools
- Ability to translate PhD-level statistical research into executable engineering specs
- Clear written communication in a remote, async-first team spread across time zones
- Must be able to work remotely; Recast cannot sponsor visas at this time
