About the role

  • Product management director shaping Recast’s marketing analytics platform roadmap. Leading PMs, technical product execution, metrics, and go-to-market collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to convert business strategy into the product roadmap
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to prioritize and scope work to maximize customer value
  • Oversee the product manager team as a player-coach
  • Own parts of the product as an individual contributor while managing and upskilling the team
  • Go deep on Recast’s product and customers, understanding technical-user engagement, needs, and friction
  • Build a clear product roadmap for the next two quarters and establish a process for updating it
  • Co-own go-to-market with marketing and GTM teams to deliver valuable, paid-for products
  • Set standards for product metrics and success measurement
  • Keep sales and leadership stakeholders informed about work in flight and priorities

Requirements

  • 10+ years PM experience at B2B SaaS companies with meaningful experience in data or analytics products
  • Proven track record shipping complex technical products in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience shipping API products and understanding how technical customers consume products and how to spec them clearly
  • Experience productizing data-heavy statistical and machine learning models
  • Experience working heavily with AI tools
  • Ability to translate PhD-level statistical research into executable engineering specs
  • Clear written communication in a remote, async-first team spread across time zones
  • Must be able to work remotely; Recast cannot sponsor visas at this time
