About the role

  • Product Owner leading Course Management, Learning Plans, and Certifications at Docebo. Focusing on creating scalable infrastructure for enterprise-level learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the squad backlog for Course Management, Learning Plans, and Certifications to ensure total alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Translate complex problems into clear user stories and functional specifications that are easy for Engineering and QA to validate.
  • Partner with Engineering leads to scope work and balance new features with technical debt to ensure commitments are realistic and visible.
  • Define success metrics and monitor product analytics to understand how admins and learners interact with your domain.
  • Track error rates and response times to address regressions, incidents, and performance hotspots in your owned area.
  • Act as the first-line product contact for internal teams, triaging issues and translating recurring problems into backlog work.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on documentation, enablement, and incremental rollout plans for all domain changes.
  • Participate in problem framing and validate assumptions via prototypes, experiments, and targeted customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product-related or technical roles, with direct exposure to building or supporting digital products.
  • You take clear responsibility for the health of your product area, tracking metrics and ensuring changes land successfully.
  • You represent the perspective of admins and learners in day-to-day decisions, even when working on deeply technical features.
  • You are comfortable defining measurable outcomes and using data alongside qualitative input to refine your priorities.
  • You can explain complex rules and edge cases clearly to Engineering, Support, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You possess deep knowledge of how Courses, Learning Plans, and Certifications are structured and managed within a SaaS ecosystem.
  • You care about long-term maintainability and understand how changes in your area impact adjacent features and downstream teams.
  • You thrive in cross-functional squads and are comfortable working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
