About the role

  • Product Owner focusing on user management at Docebo, enhancing AI-powered learning experiences. Responsible for backlog management, feature delivery, and ensuring reliability of core products.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the squad backlog for User Management, Authentication, and Privacy, ensuring alignment with the broader product roadmap.
  • Translate complex problems into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for Engineering and QA.
  • Partner with Engineering leads to scope work, sequence increments, and balance new features with technical debt.
  • Define success metrics and review product analytics to understand how admins and learners interact with your features.
  • Track error rates and response times to address regressions, incidents, and performance hotspots in your domain.
  • Triage issues for Support and internal teams, clarifying behavior and translating recurring problems into backlog items.
  • Coordinate documentation, enablement, and incremental rollout plans with Group Product Managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Participate in problem framing and validate assumptions via prototypes and targeted customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product, technical, or operations roles, specifically building or supporting digital products.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of SSO mechanisms (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and web-based SaaS patterns.
  • You are comfortable defining measurable outcomes and using data alongside qualitative input to refine the backlog.
  • You excel at explaining complex technical behaviors and edge cases clearly to both Engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You take full responsibility for the health of your product area, tracking metrics and ensuring changes land successfully.
  • You thrive in cross-functional squads and are comfortable working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • You have a high attention to detail regarding error handling and understand how changes impact adjacent features and workflows.
