Product Specialist implementing Ediphi’s cloud-based estimating and preconstruction platform for construction customers. Training users, translating workflows, and driving adoption through customer implementations.
Responsibilities
Learn the Ediphi cloud-based estimating and preconstruction platform to guide and support customers
Lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful adoption
Build trusted customer relationships and understand each customer's estimating process
Translate customer workflows into Ediphi
Deliver engaging training and guide customers through change
Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and customer expectations
Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and long-term customer success
Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Track customer progress, capture feedback, and advocate for product improvements
Partner with the Makers team to test new features and provide product feedback
Travel to customer sites for implementations, training, and industry events, approximately 30%
Requirements
3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a related industry role
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain new concepts to a variety of audiences
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing customer needs
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Passion for learning new technology and helping customers adopt new ways of working
Experience training, implementing new software, or working directly with customers is a plus
