About the role
- GTM Product Specialist owning revenue technology products at Remote, which enables compliant global hiring and payroll. Improving GTM workflows through product management, automation, AI, and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve one or more GTM products supporting customer acquisition, service, and growth
- Translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, workflows, and system improvements
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps within Remote’s Revenue Technology direction and architecture
- Build and ship GTM product features and process improvements using automation and AI tools
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering
- Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization
- Own product roadmaps, backlogs, delivery, and product lifecycles
- Understand users, business processes, data, and systems supported by the products
- Gather and clarify needs, identify underlying problems, and define scalable solutions
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, effort, risk, and technology strategy
- Define success measures and use data, feedback, and product performance for continuous improvement
- Design and deliver solutions using configuration, automation, AI, integrations, custom development, or third-party technology
- Contribute to build-versus-buy evaluations and technology recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams through discovery, solution design, testing, release, and adoption
- Identify dependencies, risks, and architectural considerations
- Maintain product governance, documentation, release planning, stakeholder communications, and enablement materials
- Monitor adoption and performance, resolve recurring pain points, and simplify or improve the technology landscape
- Report to the Manager, Revenue Operations, within the Revenue Operations – GTM Systems team
Requirements
- Experience managing or significantly contributing to business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation
- Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system solutions
- Ability to manage a product backlog, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize competing requests, and define measurable outcomes
- Sound judgment in determining whether a need should be addressed through configuration, automation, AI, custom development, or existing technology
- Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from initial discovery through implementation and adoption
- Curiosity and practical experience using AI-assisted tools to build, automate, or improve GTM workflows and internal tooling
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, and build alignment
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, or business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve senior product, architecture, data, or engineering partners
- Fluent written and spoken English
