About the role
- Product Specialist developing Microsoft Dynamics and Azure EDP solutions for PLATO, Canada’s Indigenous-owned software testing and technology services company. Managing product lifecycles, research, training, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document product requirements for EDP solutions
- Use Microsoft Dynamics and Azure to design and deliver product solutions
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through execution, including planning, development, and launch
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Monitor product performance and user feedback and implement improvements
- Facilitate training and provide ongoing end-user support
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and customer support teams
- Maintain documentation of product specifications, processes, and updates
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product specialist or related role
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Reliability security clearance or higher required at time of application
- Enhanced security clearance required for the position
