About the role

  • Program governance lead driving EQ Bank integration workstreams, executive reporting, and RAID management. Coordinating cross-functional delivery, risks, dependencies, contracts, TSAs, synergies, and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex integration workstreams and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables remain on track
  • Partner across business, technology, risk, legal, and operations teams to drive execution and resolve issues
  • Provide status updates, recommendations, and escalations to leadership while ensuring accountability for outcomes
  • Create executive-level presentations, reports, and governance materials for leadership and steering committees
  • Translate complex or evolving information into clear, concise, decision-focused narratives
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and reporting while ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Coordinate governance processes, meeting materials, timelines, and executive submissions across the integration program
  • Track decisions, outcomes, actions, and follow-up activities
  • Manage and enhance the integration program management platform
  • Develop dashboards, reporting views, and executive summaries covering milestones, risks, dependencies, and program performance
  • Drive automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions
  • Maintain centralized tracking of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions
  • Provide exception reporting and insights for leadership decision-making and governance
  • Consolidate and report on contracts, Transition Service Agreements, synergies, benefits, and value-capture initiatives
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Technology, and delivery teams to gather and align program updates

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication capabilities
  • Experience with program governance, RAID and dependency management, dashboards, structured data, and AI-enabled research, analysis, and reporting
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, ability to influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive actions to completion
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, consulting, strategy, governance, integration management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience developing executive-level presentations, management reporting, and coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience in consulting, transformations, integrations, financial services, TSAs, contracts, synergies, or benefits reporting is an asset
