About the role
- Forward Deployed Engineer on Ethicrithm’s Delivery team solving client challenges using data engineering. Deploying Palantir platform for diverse industries with strong client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with client teams
- Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and present solution recommendations
- Deploy, configure, and customize Palantir Foundry/AIP using Python and TypeScript
- Analyze root causes and develop creative technical solutions
- Train end users on Palantir tools and develop documentation
- Support planning, timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration
Requirements
- Energized by working directly with a client on site and remotely
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience working with complex enterprise data
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
- Value collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning
- A post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP (preferred)
- Experience delivering production ML and/or LLM-based solutions (preferred)
- Experience delivering production frontend applications in React (preferred)
- Experience with Spark, Polars, or distributed compute (preferred)
