Senior Product Manager needed for a 6 - month contract in downtown Vancouver with retail and data analytics experience. Onsite 4 days/week.
About the role
- Product Manager at Everflow coordinating cross-functional teams for product development in SaaS marketing platform. Leading initiatives aligned with company goals and ensuring clear product vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Everflow’s platform to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Capture and evaluate ideas and feature requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and product vision.
- Translate product requirements into clear specifications for design and engineering.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure successful feature releases.
- Define and implement workflows to guide team members and streamline collaboration.
- Continuously monitor product performance post-release and gather feedback to inform iteration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a comparable role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Jira (or similar project management tools).
- Functional knowledge of web development and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Industry experience and/or knowledge (MarTech, AdTech).
- Experience building products from 0-1 or leading feature development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Developer experience preferred but not necessary.
- PMP or CAPM a plus.
