Associate Manager supporting Canadian payer submissions, pricing, and reimbursement strategies. EVERSANA provides commercialization services to life sciences companies and healthcare innovators.
Responsibilities
Support project teams in attaining optimal reimbursement for clients' products
Contribute to project deliverables using clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence to demonstrate treatment value to Canadian payers
Assist project leads in executing national, provincial, and private payer strategic market access plans
Support submissions to CADTH, INESSS, PMPRB, provincial agencies/programs, and private payers
Conduct background research, summarize findings, and critically appraise literature and data sources
Assist with reports and submission dossier components, including clinical landscape reviews, clinical summaries, budget impact models/reports, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, payer-specific documentation/forms, and pricing analyses/strategies
Monitor CADTH and INESSS submission guidelines and compile submission documents, templates, and forms
Develop and submit documentation to private payers and provinces
Prepare draft slide decks for landscape reviews, CADTH/INESSS/private payers, pCPA, and advisory boards
Assist in developing negotiation tools for the pCPA and Product Listing Agreements
Conduct internal and external presentations
Liaise between clients and Canadian payers
Participate in weekly client check-in calls and assist with agendas and minutes
Lead defined-scope projects such as private payer submissions, provincial copies, biosimilar submissions, and targeted landscape reviews
Mentor Associates on submission setup, compilation, and document-upload/email processes
Monitor and analyze Canada's access and reimbursement landscape and provide client updates
Contribute to EVERSANA research for publication on pharmaceutical policy in Canada

Requirements
University degree in health services research, public health, epidemiology, economics, or pharmacy
Master's degree is an asset
At least 1 year of experience on the Canadian Market Access & Pricing team
Demonstrated ability to be part of project teams
Strong multitasking, organization, prioritization, and project management skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs/demands and environmental changes
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills and capacity to manage conflict constructively
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Business-level English proficiency required
Reading, writing, and communication in French is an asset
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, HTA, and Canadian private and public payers is preferred
Knowledge of the practical application of pharmacoeconomics in HTA review is preferred
Relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry market access experience is an asset
Must be able to successfully perform the position's expectations
Ability to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods, walk, talk, and hear; occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds
