About the role

  • Change Manager leading enterprise and regulatory transformation adoption at TD Insurance. Advising executives and shaping change practices for a major Canadian insurance provider.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management for complex, regulatory, and pan-TDI or enterprise-driven change initiatives
  • Partner with executives, sponsors, and senior leaders to assess change impacts, manage risk, and accelerate adoption
  • Develop integrated change strategies supporting business readiness, adoption, and benefits realization
  • Champion innovative change management approaches, tools, practices, emerging technologies, and AI/Copilot-enabled ways of working
  • Advise executives and business leaders by translating complex information into practical insights, recommendations, and action plans
  • Influence stakeholder groups, build commitment, manage resistance, and achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate across business, technology, operations, risk, and project teams
  • Communicate difficult concepts through simple and compelling business context and advice
  • Use data, colleague insights, and adoption metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform decisions
  • Advance the change management practice through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex business transformation initiatives
  • Experience serving as the primary change management lead for strategic, enterprise, regulatory, or large-scale programs impacting multiple business areas
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic, enterprise, regulatory, digital, or transformational change initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and executive advisory skills
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, compelling communication and trusted relationships
  • Experience defining, measuring, and advising on change adoption outcomes using data and insights
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot
  • Experience leveraging technology to improve productivity and outcomes
