About the role
- Customer Experience Representative coordinating executed transportation quotes for Expeditors, a global logistics company. Supporting customers and internal teams across American operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer service contact for internal and external customers following the execution of a requested quote
- Coordinate approved quotes with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, accurate handoff from pricing to execution
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to executed quotes in a timely, professional manner
- Communicate quote status, changes, or issues to affected internal teams and external customers
- Maintain accurate records of quote execution and post-quote customer interactions in the Pricing Database
- Escalate unresolved customer service issues or recurring execution problems to management
- Report to the Strategic Solutions Manager, Transportation Pricing & Quoting – The Americas
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable triaging a high volume of inbound requests
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Expeditors’ service offerings and team structures
- Able to prioritize and process requests quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfortable working within a Pricing Database or quote intake system
