Senior Associate supporting Organizational Effectiveness at EY, providing operational and administrative support for Talent Development initiatives
Responsibilities
The Senior Associate – Organizational Effectiveness Support role will operate as an extension of the onshore Canada Organizational Effectiveness team within Talent Development.
Support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives while also providing the operational, administrative and coordination support.
Develop high-quality presentations, synthesize information into clear insights, maintain trackers and reports, and coordinate logistics and documentation.
Support stakeholder follow-ups and help ensure deliverables are accurate, timely and client-ready.
Use advanced Excel skills to support reporting, tracking, planning and decision-making.
Maintain accurate trackers, status reports, action logs, learning calendars and working documents to support visibility, governance and timely decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development, Communications, Commerce or a related discipline required.
Experience supporting Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, learning deployment administration, change, communications, HR projects or business operations in a professional services or corporate environment.
Demonstrated experience creating PowerPoint presentations, working with Excel-based reporting or analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
Prior experience with learning coordination, program administration, learner communications, reporting, scheduling, documentation or deployment operations would be preferred.
Certification or training in change management, organizational effectiveness, HR, analytics, PowerPoint design or advanced Excel is an advantage but not mandatory.
