About the role

  • Physical AI Lab Specialist at EY managing operations of the EY.ai Lab. Enabling AI-driven solutions through demonstrations, workshops, and applied research.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the EY.ai Lab
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Enable organizations to explore and adopt AI-driven solutions for physical environments through hands-on demonstrations, innovation sessions, and applied research
  • Design and conduct interactive demos showcasing robotics, sensors, and simulation capabilities
  • Explain technical concepts in a clear, business-relevant manner
  • Facilitate innovation workshops and ideation sessions with clients and internal teams
  • Design, develop and support rapid prototyping and testing of AI-enabled physical systems
  • Investigate emerging industry use cases for AI in physical environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, healthcare)
  • Maintain awareness of cutting-edge robotics and sensor technologies
  • Ensure all equipment and simulation platforms are functioning optimally
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client visits and sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, AI, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with robotics platforms, sensors, and simulation technology for the development and testing of physical AI robotics
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of industry applications for robotics and AI
  • Experience with ROS/ROS2 and Unitree SDK Gazebo or Isaac Sim for virtual testing and demos
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and physical system integration
  • Developing reinforcement learning methods for robot behavior
  • Expertise in kinematics, locomotion, and control systems
  • Knowledge of AR/VR for immersive presentations
  • Experience in client-facing roles or innovation consulting.
