About the role
- Senior Product Designer responsible for building seamless experiences at Float's business finance platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to take products from broad concepts through implementation and launch.
- Partnering with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their experiences and needs, identifying and filling product gaps while generating new ideas that empower them and drive growth.
- Owning the look, feel, and experience of our user-facing application, design flows, and experiences, ensuring they’re simple and elegant.
- Communicating the ‘why’ behind the product roadmap, prioritization, and sequencing.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, early to mid-stage startup environments.
- Extremely technically proficient in Figma.
- Must have an understanding of accounting/finance related products or direct experience working closely with finance leaders.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, or asynchronously.
