Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows for complex web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
- Apply user-centered design principles, customer insights, and product usage data to understand problems, form hypotheses, and guide product direction
- Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Validate concepts and designs through testing
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering throughout design and delivery
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Design, User Experience Design, or a related role
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, workflow design, research-informed decision making, interaction design, and visual design skills
- Strong understanding of design processes, from research to prototyping to testing
- Proficient with Figma
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira or Miro
- Experience working with a component-based design system
- Familiarity with product analytics, behavioral data, or usage-tracking tools
