Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the site’s training program.
Define and implement robust competency matrices.
Establish effective and sustainable learning and evaluation systems.
Support the growth of a high-performing, fast-growing manufacturing facility.
Establish the training management system.
Implement an effective onboarding and training plan for new employees.
Develop and implement training-related performance indicators aligned with operational performance and team productivity.
Provide regular reports demonstrating the measurable impact of training initiatives on performance outcomes and factory costs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, business administration, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong instructional skills and the ability to integrate training into existing operational systems, frameworks, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Bilingual in French and English required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
