Product Line Manager developing video mobility solutions to meet public transport sector demands. Collaborating with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to shape product vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
Define the mobility roadmap for the current generation, upcoming changes and the next generation of hardware and software capabilities
Gather, evaluate and document market requests, opportunities and feature requests—both strategic and tactical—for the evolution of existing or new products, and translate them into actionable items for the R&D team
Develop commercial product offerings and adapt them to specific industrial sectors and/or regional markets
Maintain and develop sales enablement tools
Provide technical sales support for deployment and embedded system design questions
Collaborate with Marketing to produce internal and external training content for the product line
Act as an internal and external evangelist for our mobility solutions
Requirements
Product management experience in a technology environment
Hybrid profile combining strategic thinking, technical understanding and the ability to translate business needs into concrete product direction
Good understanding of video solutions, video surveillance or related technologies
Practical experience or knowledge of public transport, particularly in urban bus and train environments
Proven ability to define a product strategy and prioritize a roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities
Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision‑making skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different teams
Excellent planning and priority management skills
Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel while maintaining a balance between long‑term vision and execution
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
