Learning Advisor responsible for training customers on Genetec’s products. Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop effective training solutions and support customer learning goals.
Responsibilities
Record enterprise account information and training requests using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), the LMS (Learning Management System) and related tools
Collaborate with internal teams (training content, infrastructure) and external teams (sales, customer service) to deliver training projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for custom trainings and large accounts
Build relationships with enterprise accounts, identify their needs and proactively make recommendations to support their ongoing learning objectives
Ensure compliance with payment policies in accordance with finance team guidelines
Work with various vendors (conference rooms, catering, etc.)
Prepare on-site training rooms and online conference sessions for weekly training courses
Coordinate with regional offices to ensure remote sites have all necessary resources to deliver high-quality training
Update training information on the Genetec website, the CRM and the LMS
Efficiently deploy training team resources to ensure trainings are delivered on schedule in line with the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses to their training requests (SLA)
Report issues that require support or management attention
Participate in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

You are fully fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role involves interactions with our international colleagues and customers)
