About the role

  • Learning Advisor responsible for training customers on Genetec’s products. Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop effective training solutions and support customer learning goals.

Responsibilities

  • Record enterprise account information and training requests using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), the LMS (Learning Management System) and related tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams (training content, infrastructure) and external teams (sales, customer service) to deliver training projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for custom trainings and large accounts
  • Build relationships with enterprise accounts, identify their needs and proactively make recommendations to support their ongoing learning objectives
  • Ensure compliance with payment policies in accordance with finance team guidelines
  • Work with various vendors (conference rooms, catering, etc.)
  • Prepare on-site training rooms and online conference sessions for weekly training courses
  • Coordinate with regional offices to ensure remote sites have all necessary resources to deliver high-quality training
  • Update training information on the Genetec website, the CRM and the LMS
  • Efficiently deploy training team resources to ensure trainings are delivered on schedule in line with the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses to their training requests (SLA)
  • Report issues that require support or management attention
  • Participate in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other related duties

Requirements

  • You have experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are fully fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role involves interactions with our international colleagues and customers)
  • You are resourceful, detail-oriented and take a solutions-focused approach to complex requests
  • You are results-driven, motivated and value continuous learning
