Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical roadmap for the Builder Experience team
- Mentor a diverse group of engineers from product-focused builders to specialized Staff Engineers
- Partner closely with Product and Design to ensure intuitive agent-building tools
- Champion a rapid shipping culture while maintaining high technical stability
- Clear technical and operational roadblocks for team agency and clarity
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Technical background to critically evaluate complex trade-offs and provide strategic direction on complex system designs
- Experience navigating the balance between long-term technical health and immediate needs of a rapidly evolving product
- Servant-leadership philosophy with a focus on team success
- High degree of agency: thrive in ambiguity and proactively solve bottlenecks
