About the role
- Senior Product Designer collaborating to enhance user experience in software services. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and AI to address significant challenges in product design and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your trio (development and product management partners) as well as with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Design end-to-end experiences by creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, journey maps and detailed service blueprints.
- Own customer outcomes and develop a cohesive, holistic vision for the user experience.
- Facilitate design reviews, critiques and workshops to ensure smooth collaboration among stakeholders.
- Use user feedback and data to inform design decisions, collaborating with product management to define strategic direction.
- Develop design concepts and solutions grounded in user needs, product vision, and technical capabilities.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and maintain a curious mindset toward AI to experiment with and craft innovative design solutions focused on user outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in senior roles leading the design of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.
- Ability to produce design deliverables across the entire user experience, including initial design visions and concepts, workflows, wireframes and polished visual designs.
- Portfolio showcasing both web and mobile projects, including examples of delivered products with clear details of your specific contributions to design direction and decisions.
- Experience incorporating user research findings into concepts and collaborating with UX research and content design teams.
- Passion for solving complex problems and identifying opportunities to improve the product experience.
- Experience in specialized markets such as healthcare, automotive, education or insurance is a plus.
