Content Designer contract until Oct 31 at Top 5 Bank. 3 days/week onsite in Toronto. Rate up to $70/hr + HST.
About the role
- Senior UX Designer working with product teams to create accessible experiences leveraging AI technologies at GoTo. Collaborating on user-centered designs to enhance product usability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with your trio (development and product management partners) and with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Design end-to-end experiences by creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity design assets, journey maps, and detailed service blueprints.
- Own customer outcomes and develop a holistic, integrated vision for the user experience.
- Lead design reviews, critiques, and workshops to ensure smooth collaboration among stakeholders.
- Use user feedback and data to inform design decisions, working with product management to define strategic direction.
- Develop design concepts and solutions grounded in user needs, product vision, and technical capabilities.
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools and maintain a curious mindset toward AI to experiment and craft innovative, outcome-focused design solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in senior roles leading the design of software-as-a-service products.
- Ability to produce design deliverables for the full user experience, including initial vision and concept work, workflows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
- Portfolio demonstrating both web and mobile projects, including examples of delivered products with details on your specific contributions to design direction and decisions.
- Experience incorporating user research findings into concepts and collaborating with UX research and content design teams.
- Passion for solving complex problems and identifying opportunities to improve product experience.
- Experience in specialized markets such as healthcare, automotive, education, or insurance is a plus.
