Responsibilities
- Review case-based scenarios involving child and adolescent abuse and trauma
- Evaluate AI-generated mental-health guidance for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
- Identify gaps, harmful assumptions, or clinically weak recommendations
- Apply trauma-informed care principles to content and evaluation tasks
- Contribute to best-practice guidance for supporting young abuse survivors
- Review content for ethical and safeguarding considerations
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI training data and model outputs
- Participate in iterative quality reviews with multidisciplinary teams
- Document recommendations clearly and consistently
Requirements
- Completed MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work
- Extensive clinical experience working with children or adolescents who are victims of abuse
- Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions
- Current or recent clinical engagement with vulnerable youth
- Strong clinical judgment in complex trauma and abuse-related cases
- Ability to evaluate mental-health guidance for safety, ethics, and appropriateness
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional ethics
