About the role
- Member Experience Representative engaging with Plan Members via phone, email, and chat. Creating effective customer experiences discussing benefits coverage and claim submissions.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Plan Members and their chosen dental and paramedical healthcare providers via phone, email and online chat
- Create engaging and efficient customer experiences primarily discussing the details of the benefits plan coverage and the status of their claim submissions
- Go through training in a virtual environment going through all the process, products and procedures necessary to be a subject matter expert in your new role
- Understand the importance of delivering a positive customer experience being an advocate for the customer
- Manage your workload effectively as a multi-tasker
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent communicator, in a corporate setting
- Strong listener and a team player
- Tech savvy and can use the designated software at an advanced level
- Great if you come from a call center/customer service background
- Bonus if you are bilingual French speaking (written and verbal communication is an asset)
