About the role

  • Head of AI Transformation at GROWE defining AI strategies and integrating AI solutions across teams. Leading initiatives to foster a strong AI-driven culture and maximizing AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the company-wide AI strategy, identifying key opportunities for AI transformation across products, engineering, and operations;
  • Develop and maintain the AI adoption roadmap, including the selection of AI technologies, tools, and platforms;
  • Integrate AI solutions into company processes, including software development, data analysis, QA/testing, documentation, and customer support workflows;
  • Build and support internal platforms and tools that enable teams to effectively leverage AI capabilities;
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to identify and implement practical AI use cases;
  • Lead internal AI initiatives, including experimentation, proof-of-concept projects, and rapid evaluation of emerging AI tools;
  • Educate and support teams in adopting AI tools and best practices through workshops, training sessions, and internal knowledge sharing;
  • Promote and develop a strong AI-driven culture across the organization;
  • Provide internal AI consulting to business units, helping identify opportunities and evaluate the potential ROI of AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technology companies, preferably in software engineering, platform engineering, or data/AI-related roles;
  • Proven experience implementing new technologies and driving technical transformations at an organizational level;
  • Hands-on experience working with modern AI technologies and ecosystems, including LLM-based tools and AI-powered workflows;
  • Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and integration of AI tools into developer workflows;
  • Experience leading process improvements or transformations in engineering teams;
  • English - upper-intermediate or higher (able to communicate in technical discussions);
  • Experience implementing AI coding assistants or AI tools for developer productivity (will be a plus);
  • Experience working with AI agents or agent-based systems (will be a plus);
  • Experience building internal developer platforms or engineering productivity tools (will be a plus);
  • Experience working with data platforms or ML infrastructure (will be a plus).
