  • Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline, monitoring, and incident response with DevOps.
  • Support and guide others in developing core positioning and messaging for the platform and products.
  • Champion delivery through to completion, navigating roadblocks, cross-functional demands, and management expectations, owning both functional and non-functional (scalability, performance, security, compliance) requirements.
  • Regularly collaborate and build strong relationships with executives, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to integrate their perspectives into product strategies.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and shared understanding around product decisions and outcomes.
  • Drive complex, cross-team launches through program management rigor (roadmaps, scope management, dependencies, risk management, budgets).
  • Evangelize platform progress and value to executives, partners, and users.
  • Help shape a culture of empowered teams, continuous learning, and customer obsession as a product-centric change agent.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrated product management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally leading empowered product teams.
  • A strong grasp of product discovery, agile delivery, and outcome-based thinking.
  • Strong experience building API-first data-driven platforms, leveraging AI, and launching mobile applications.
  • Experience working in or transitioning toward empowered product teams as a change agent.
  • Significant experience working cross-functionally, particularly with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into coherent product strategies and actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong strategic mindset with exceptional skills in prioritization, decision-making under uncertainty, and balancing trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of clearly articulating product strategy and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, user-centric design principles, marketing strategies, and product analytics.
  • Remain current on emerging technologies (i.e., AI and agentic models, prompt engineering, etc.) and pragmatic on how best to use them to deliver value.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, user-centric design principles, marketing strategies, and product analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and mindset are not required but considered an asset.
