About the role

  • Product Manager specializing in vaccines at GSK. Leading commercial strategies to protect Canadian patients from vaccine-preventable diseases.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic and operational plans, including customer-facing plans and integrated omni-channel tactics
  • Leading the development and execution of promotional tactics, tools, and commercial initiatives for assigned brands
  • Driving performance and strategic reviews with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize brand strategy and execution
  • Conducting ongoing analysis of market dynamics, identifying opportunities and risks, and implementing action plans to address business needs
  • Leading business meetings with internal stakeholders and managing market research initiatives to uncover insights and optimize brand performance
  • Managing financial and demand forecasts, ensuring planning assumptions remain current and accurate
  • Managing A&P budgets to ensure brand spending aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborating with Global counterparts to align local strategies with Global priorities, share best practices, and continuously improve business plans
  • Contributing innovative tactics, programs, and processes to grow the vaccines business
  • Ensuring all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Health Sciences, Business, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing agreements
  • Self-motivated, agile, and collaborative team player passionate about improving public health outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong adaptability, including prioritization, foresight, and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent relationship-building skills within matrixed and cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred
