About the role

  • Key member of the Product team at ComPsych managing product lifecycle. Responsible for strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution for behavioral health and absence management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Be a product thought leader for your business unit, including strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap
  • Own and manage the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team
  • Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on prioritization for the roadmap
  • Adopt AI for research, requirements, and prototyping
  • Support market research, due diligence, and strategic assessment of product partnerships with other companies
  • Lead workshops and other cross functional exercises to explore product opportunities
  • Own the product roadmap for your business unit and execute with cross functional teams to deliver on it
  • Articulate a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams to rally around it
  • Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
  • Engage with customers and lending product thought leadership in support of further product development, customer success, and business development activities
  • Mentor and foster the development of best practices within the Product Management team
  • Enable highest leverage work for yourself and others

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in product management
  • Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
  • Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
  • Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style
