About the role

  • Digital Project Manager overseeing projects from onboarding to completion at a media buying agency. Leading communications and workflows across teams to ensure campaign milestones are met.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from onboarding to completion, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with insertion order (IO) creation, entering final details into internal systems.
  • Lead creative-focused client calls, explaining asset management tools, workflows, and project milestones.
  • Actively participate in daily scrums, team meetings, and pod updates.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Advertising, Media, or Project Management is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media, with a focus on Account Management or Project Management.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Airtable, Asana, Salesforce, Monday.com, or HubSpot.
