About the role
- Digital Project Manager overseeing projects from onboarding to completion at a media buying agency. Leading communications and workflows across teams to ensure campaign milestones are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from onboarding to completion, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with insertion order (IO) creation, entering final details into internal systems.
- Lead creative-focused client calls, explaining asset management tools, workflows, and project milestones.
- Actively participate in daily scrums, team meetings, and pod updates.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Advertising, Media, or Project Management is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media, with a focus on Account Management or Project Management.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Airtable, Asana, Salesforce, Monday.com, or HubSpot.
