Consultant Senior SuccessFactors EC PAYROLL analyzing client needs and implementing technology solutions for HR transformation. Leveraging extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems for effective client support.
Responsibilities
Business needs analysis and gap analysis between client requirements and the capabilities of the technological solution
Translating functional requirements into system configuration objects and designing a solution architecture in line with best practices
Participation in Application Third-Party Maintenance (Tierce Maintenance Applicative - TMA): end-user support, solution maintenance, and HRIS data validation to ensure consistent service quality
Technical and functional monitoring (tracking software and legal changes), providing advice and training to users on the final solution
Support management: handling corrective, preventive, and enhancement maintenance tickets (delivery of fixes, custom developments), testing, and compliance verification of delivered solutions
Continuous improvement: proactively identifying opportunities to optimize the solution (preparing clear client-facing documentation, communicating resolutions to the project team)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or S/4 HCM Payroll (required)
Proficiency with Payroll Control Center (preferred)
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (preferred)
Previous experience in an HR role or operational payroll position is a strong advantage
Proven expertise in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) / Organizational Management (OM) is essential
