About the role
- Senior ERP Consultant leading tailored ERP implementations for Octane Systems’ fuel and gas sector clients. Optimising workflows, integrations, data migration, and long-term operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and support
- Analyse and optimise business processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and recommend tailored ERP solutions
- Manage data migration, validation, and system integration activities
- Support and troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues
- Deliver training and guidance to end users and stakeholders
- Work alongside Account Managers to ensure successful client outcomes
- Contribute to ongoing product and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations and consulting services
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and optimisation
- Solid knowledge of finance processes including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience managing projects and delivering outcomes within scope and timelines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Legal rights to work and live in Canada
- Based in Western Canada and working within the same time zones as clients
- Experience within the fuel, gas, logistics, or related industries
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI
