Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive design, UX engineering, design technologist, and/or full-stack development experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts, applications, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI development tools.
- Technical communication skills across design, engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.
- Experience with technical transformation and tool adoption initiatives.
- Experience driving and influencing continuous technical improvement.
- Experience architecting AI-augmented workflows.
Benefits
