Responsibilities
- Serve as a hybrid ServiceNow developer and product owner
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges
- Gather and prioritize requirements
- Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow backlog
- Deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows
- Improve business processes through automation and platform capabilities
- Balance strategic product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development
- Drive adoption and value realization across the ServiceNow platform
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Collaborate across geographically distributed teams
- Travel up to 5% as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification
- CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows
- Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development
- Experience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation capabilities
- Experience designing and supporting REST and SOAP API integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams
- Up to 5% travel as required
