About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to coordinating the financial statement production chain and analyzing the performance indicators of this value chain
- Participate in analyzing risks related to financial reporting, as well as documenting corporate accounting processes and positions, particularly with respect to IFRS
- Support the team in processing and tracking requests, conducting research and preliminary analyses, and updating accounting governance documentation
- Participate in overseeing financial and accounting systems
- Contribute to process optimization, identifying pain points, and developing approaches to coordinate the financial statement value chain
- Participate in preparing documents, recommendations, communications, user guides, and training materials
- Support users and team members in using financial applications and tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and artificial intelligence initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in accounting
- Recognized for diligence, curiosity, and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates a high level of independence in learning and a strong interest in improving processes and ways of working
- Demonstrates an interest in financial processes, applications, and digital tools
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel
- Demonstrates an interest in artificial intelligence, automation, or data analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or a similar tool
- Possesses an intermediate level of English proficiency
- Must be able to quickly read and understand documents in English and validate translation tools with internal partners and users on a weekly basis
