About the role
- Intern supporting AI strategy design and governance at iA Financial Group, aligning business and technology strategies through analysis and framework structuring.
Responsibilities
- Support the AI@iA team / CTO Office in aligning business strategy, technology strategy, and AI initiatives led by various business units
- Participate in the analysis and structuring of AI decision frameworks, particularly regarding prioritization, consistency, value, and risk management
- Contribute to preparing narratives and briefing materials for executive leadership to position AI at the appropriate strategic level
- Help bridge actual technological capabilities with strategic ambitions and constraints specific to the financial services context, including governance, accountability, and risk.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer or software engineering with a specialization in artificial intelligence
- Recognized for strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Demonstrates autonomy, rigor, and creativity
- Shows a solid understanding of AI capabilities and challenges
- Proficient with generative AI tools.
