Responsibilities
Analyzing and adjudicating mechanical warranty claims for various types of vehicles (automobiles, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs, marine products).
Processing claims, determining eligibility, and authorizing repairs in accordance with active contracts.
Assigning inspectors when required and identifying abusive or potentially fraudulent claims.
Communicating decisions to claimants and answering questions regarding coverage or the claims process.
Calculating and issuing required payments.
Following up on files and collaborating closely with internal teams.
Managing level 1 complaints and escalating those requiring higher-level follow-up.
Performing any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Holds a college degree or an Attestation of College Studies in mechanics, or any other relevant training related to the field.
Has experience in mechanics or technical analysis (recent graduates will also be considered).
Is recognized for strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Stands out for the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrates strong proficiency with technological tools and data-entry software.
Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication with dealerships, partners, and repair shops located elsewhere in Canada.
