About the role

  • Senior Advisor driving AI solutions for HR practices at iA Financial Group. Collaborating with teams to enhance human experience and HR processes through applied innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR teams end to end—from ideation to proof of value, and through scaling when relevant.
  • Support HR Centers of Expertise and VPTC teams in identifying, clarifying, and qualifying HR AI use cases.
  • Assess relevance of use cases based on business value, feasibility, risks, and their technology integration zone (Zones 1, 2, and 3).
  • Implement AI solutions, particularly in Zone 1 (citizen development – co-developing solutions with HR teams through expert guidance).
  • Design, prototype, and test AI solutions applied to HR (assistants, automations, decision-support tools).
  • Actively contribute to proofs of concept (POCs) and proofs of value (POVs).
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Delivery Tower and systems teams on initiatives in Zones 2 and 3.
  • Document technology choices, learnings, limitations, and impacts of developed solutions.
  • Contribute to upskilling HR teams through coaching, knowledge transfer, and clear communication.
  • Apply AI governance, security, ethics, and data protection frameworks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI Innovation Hub’s practices.
  • Document and share use cases, best practices, and learnings, and contribute to AI literacy initiatives.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in innovation, technology, analytics, or digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI or automation solutions, ideally using low-code / no-code tools (e.g., Power Platform).
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, and intelligent assistants.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, pragmatism, and ability to deliver measurable value.
  • Strong ability to simplify and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interest in HR challenges and enhanced human experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, autonomy, rigor, and strong prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working in matrixed and evolving environments.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency, with daily conversations in English.
  • Ability to read, understand, and produce business documents.
