Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
- Solid site resourcing and workforce planning experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)
