About the role

  • Senior Account Director driving enterprise growth for INSTANDA’s no-code insurance platform. Expanding strategic accounts, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and closing complex multi-million-dollar agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver double-digit annual revenue growth across strategic accounts and secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreements
  • Design and execute transformational account growth strategies aligned with client digital ambitions and INSTANDA’s platform capabilities
  • Identify and convert strategic whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent business units
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite and Board members
  • Lead executive presentations, strategic workshops, and quarterly business reviews
  • Navigate complex organisational hierarchies and influence senior-level decisions
  • Challenge client assumptions and shape client innovation agendas
  • Act as a trusted industry advisor on digital insurance transformation
  • Represent INSTANDA at industry forums and deliver keynote-level thought leadership
  • Strengthen INSTANDA’s brand presence and cultivate industry decision-maker networks
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on client success and commercial strategies
  • Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to bring client and market insights into product roadmap discussions
  • Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and information security policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and security awareness initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, or strategic partnerships within insurance or B2B SaaS
  • Clear track record of operating at senior executive level
  • Demonstrated executive presence and gravitas with C-suite and Board-level audiences
  • Proven transformational revenue growth experience, including multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreements and complex enterprise negotiations
  • Deep understanding of insurance dynamics and workflows, including rating, underwriting, policy administration, endorsements, claims, and billing
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical and commercial propositions into compelling narratives
  • Strategic thinking and commercial rigour, including data synthesis, opportunity identification, business-case development, and investment influence
  • High political acuity and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the U.S.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools
  • Exposure to no-code platforms is a plus
