About the role
- Senior Product Manager developing product strategies and leading cross-functional teams at Intact. Responsible for AI and data-driven tools in regulated industries with a focus on adoption and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap
- Lead structured discovery: interviews, process mapping/analysis, and telemetry reviews
- Partner with various internal teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions
- Collaborate with Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and Model Risk to meet regulatory expectations
- Define and track KPIs: productivity lift, task cycle time, satisfaction, risk events, and cost-to-serve
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management
- 2+ years owning AI, ML, automation, or data-driven productivity tools in an enterprise environment
- Experience in regulated industries (insurance, banking, healthcare, public sector) strongly preferred
- Comfortable with experimentation and analytics: A/B testing, usage telemetry, cohort analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related)
- Advanced degree or product certifications are an asset
- Bilingualism required if located in Quebec
