- You will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, orchestrating the roadmap, governance, and execution to deliver measurable results on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.

- Strategy and roadmap: align vision and customer value; prioritize the product backlog to deliver fast and well; validate problem-solution fit with concrete data.

- Leadership and improvement: anticipate and resolve obstacles; propose clear options; document decisions; promote continuous innovation; lead and elevate team performance.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in project management/program delivery, leading cross-functional initiatives delivered on time, on budget, and to the right level of quality.
- Business acumen, strategic vision, technical fluency, and financial rigor; value-based negotiation.
- High-impact communication (written, verbal, presentations); ability to rally stakeholders and build trust.
- Resilience and focus: comfortable under pressure; ability to prioritize multiple initiatives; leadership of distributed teams.
- Mastery of PM methods/tools (Agile/SAFe, Jira, MS Project/PPM).
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
