About the role
- Data Analyst role focused on developing and optimizing reporting at nesto. Engaging with data for financial services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming requests for SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Execute change requests for existing SSRS reports, optimizing queries and adjusting layouts.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards.
- Oversee Power BI Service administration, including workspace management and security roles.
- Work directly with business units to understand their KPIs and translate them into technical reporting specifications.
- Champion reporting standards and ensure all new builds follow internal guidelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and BI reporting, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
- Strong ability to design, develop, and deploy paginated reports using SSRS (Visual Studio / Report Builder).
- Expert knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (Admin).
- Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M) is essential.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL) for data extraction.
