Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve learning content and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technical Writing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical writing and/or instructional design.
Experience delivering training (preferably in an enterprise or SaaS environment).
Experience administering an LMS, preferably Moodle.
Strong ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with documentation tools and learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).
Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
Experience working within Professional Services or customer-facing teams.
