About the role

  • Director of Product Management at Jobber leading the AI-native Marketing Agent product. Focused on serving small to medium-sized businesses through innovative solutions and managing a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Jobber's Marketing Agent, from vision to execution
  • You'd lead a team of Product Managers, set the direction, and drive outcomes across a portfolio with real commercial weight
  • Review management, online presence, AI-generated campaigns, lead capture, reputation tools, and the emerging agentic workflows that sit underneath all of it
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners: Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and the broader AI platform team.

Requirements

  • You've built and shipped an AI-native product where the intelligence is central to the value, not a layer on top of it
  • You've led through genuine ambiguity and know how to make hard calls without defaulting to lower standards or cutting scope too early
  • You understand SMB customers. Not just their workflows, but their constraints
  • You can take incomplete data, emerging patterns, and undefined baselines and turn them into clear decisions
  • You have strong commercial judgment
  • You've led and developed teams of 5 or more Product Managers
  • You have 8 or more years of product management experience, including direct ownership of commercial outcomes in a SaaS environment.
  • MarTech or CRM experience is helpful. Experience in vertical SaaS and serving SMBs matters more.

Benefits

  • A total compensation package that includes an extended health benefits package with fully paid premiums for both body and mind
  • Matching in RRSP, TFSA or FHSA
  • Stock options
  • A dedicated Talent Development team and access to coaching, learning, and leadership programs to help you grow your career, reach your goals, and unlock your full potential.
  • A unique opportunity to build, grow, and leave your impact on a $400 billion industry that has no dominant player...yet.
  • Work with a group of people who are humble, supportive, and give a sh*t about our customers.
