Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web and mobile SaaS products
- Mastery of tools (Figma, Figjam, Claude, pencil-and-paper, etc.)
- Applied experience with LLM-driven tools like Claude Design, Figma Make, Codex, etc
- Curiosity and proactivity in addressing customer pain points
- Excellent visual taste and interaction design skills
- Ability to navigate constraints and challenges in regulated problem domains (e.g. finance, health, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to explain work impact and design rationale
- Collaboration and partnership skills to work with others effectively.
