About the role

  • Senior Product Designer creating innovative solutions for home service businesses. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and customer-centric product experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovative solutions across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to understand customer needs
  • Define and drive the UX strategy for your product area
  • Partner with other designers to foster growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Champion customer-centric product thinking throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web and mobile SaaS products
  • Mastery of tools (Figma, Figjam, Claude, pencil-and-paper, etc.)
  • Applied experience with LLM-driven tools like Claude Design, Figma Make, Codex, etc
  • Curiosity and proactivity in addressing customer pain points
  • Excellent visual taste and interaction design skills
  • Ability to navigate constraints and challenges in regulated problem domains (e.g. finance, health, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills to explain work impact and design rationale
  • Collaboration and partnership skills to work with others effectively.
