About the role

Responsibilities
- shaping product direction alongside PM and Engineering
- making informed design decisions using qualitative signals, quantitative data, and fast experimentation
- using AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototype ideas quickly, and iterate at unprecedented pace
- championing the customer in every decision while staying grounded in business outcomes
- designing experiences that are dynamic, personalized, and genuinely useful for small business owners
- measuring the impact of your work and feeding those learnings back into future projects
Requirements
- strong experience designing for web and/or mobile SaaS products
- comfortable working at all levels of fidelity and speed
- track record of close collaboration with Product and Engineering, at both executive and IC levels
- rigorous research thinking to every stage of the work
- telling compelling stories about design decisions that connect to product vision and business impact
- fluent in modern design tools (Claude, Figma, FigJam, Cursor, etc.)
- hands-on experience applying AI—whether in your design process or in the products you've shipped
