About the role

  • Events and Production Specialist producing webinars, podcasts, videos, and in-person events. Supporting Kameleoon’s A/B testing and experimentation platform across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Run the operations behind events and content programs
  • Set up and manage webinars, including registration, speaker briefings, rehearsals, and live moderation
  • Edit webinar recordings and publish replays
  • Schedule podcast guests, prepare recording sessions, and manage recording setups
  • Edit, mix, master, and publish podcast episodes across distribution platforms
  • Coordinate filming for customer stories, event recordings, and short-form content
  • Edit videos for web and social channels, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
  • Repurpose webinar, podcast, and video recordings into short clips, audiograms, and quote cards
  • Build and maintain a searchable library of clips, quotes, and extracts
  • Work with the content specialist on channel selection and timing for content assets
  • Plan and manage in-person events, including venue, catering, AV, travel, and shipping
  • Create registration landing pages and send invitations
  • Manage attendee lists, confirmations, and on-site check-in
  • Coordinate booth setup and conference materials
  • Source, brief, and manage event vendors
  • Negotiate quotes, track budgets, and process invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, event management, or a related field
  • Two to three years of experience in event management, content production, or marketing operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) for video editing
  • Advanced proficiency in Logic Pro or an equivalent professional audio workstation for audio editing and mixing
  • A portfolio of edited video and audio work, submitted with your application
  • Experience running webinars on SaaS platforms
  • Experience managing event vendors and budgets
  • Strong written communication in English
  • Based in Ontario, with a preference for the Greater Toronto Area or the Ottawa region
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Available to travel within North America for events
